Our plans do not have lock-in contracts, but we require notifying us at least 30 days before discontinuing our services. This way, we can prepare the necessary documents for terminating your service agreement and allow us to plan for the Better Assistant’s work transition.
No, we do not charge a setup fee or other fees aside from your chosen plan’s price.
We have custom pricing for particular arrangements, including bulk hiring. Just let us know during the discovery call so that it can be arranged.
Yes! You may upgrade or downgrade your plan whenever you see fit. However, note that doing so would mean a different Better Assistant may be assigned to you. Just let us know at least 14 days in advance to give us ample processing time.
