Where are you based?
We are a Delaware public benefit corporation based in the United States, with a presence in San Francisco and the Philippines.
How do I get started?
For us to fully understand your needs, we’d love to hop on a discovery call with you. You may fill out our waitlist form and pick a schedule that works best for you. This way, we can determine which of our Better Assistants would best fit your required skills and company’s culture.
Do your plans have a lock-in period?
Our plans do not have lock-in contracts, but we require notifying us at least 30 days before discontinuing our services. This way, we can prepare the necessary documents for terminating your service agreement and allow us to plan for the Better Assistant’s work transition.
Do you have a setup fee?
No, we do not charge a setup fee or other fees aside from your chosen plan’s price.
What if I need a team of VAs?
We have custom pricing for particular arrangements, including bulk hiring. Just let us know during the discovery call so that it can be arranged.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan anytime?
Yes! You may upgrade or downgrade your plan whenever you see fit. However, note that doing so would mean a different Better Assistant may be assigned to you. Just let us know at least 14 days in advance to give us ample processing time.
Do you offer a free trial?
Yes! We can provide a one-time free work trial by our Better Assistant for one task that is doable within 8 hours.
